Building. Onboarding NAMA's first cohort, personally. Signup takes minutes; setup is where the truth lives, and every setup call shows where the product still assumes too much. The gap between "signup takes minutes" and "setup takes minutes" is where most of my hours go.
Wrestling with. Where onboarding help ends and product begins. Every setup call this month has circled the same question: how much of an agency's rate chaos the system should absorb on day one, and how much should stay a guided conversation.
Learning. How far AI pair-programming can take a founder who cannot code. Current answer: much further than I expected, as long as the QC system rides along as the seatbelt.
Roads. Nothing booked right now, which never lasts. The last one was 47 days, nine states and no fixed schedule. The road has a way of calling back.
Pickles. PIKL carries on: green chilli, 72% chillies, no added sugar, ₹220 for 200 g, ordered over WhatsApp. Some things should not scale.
